Reformer Pilates helped me reconnect with myself, physically and emotionally. What began as a search for healing and grounding became a practice that gave me strength, presence, and confidence in my body again. Studio Joy was built from that personal journey.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and what’s possible through consistent movement. Pilates quickly became the perfect fit for me because it’s effective, safe, and deeply connected to our core and the way we move. As a certified instructor, I’m still learning something new every day, and that’s what I love most about movement.

My journey with Reformer Pilates began during my recovery after pregnancy. What started as healing quickly became a passion after experiencing how Pilates strengthens the body through stability, control, and body awareness. Visceral Pilates shapes my teaching approach, with a focus on precision, breath, and intentional movement.

Reformer Pilates helped me feel stronger, more energised, and more connected to my body. That feeling is exactly what I want to share with others. My goal is to create a supportive space where people can build strength and mobility in a sustainable way.
